- The airport shuttle service is designed to provide transportation between designated pick-up locations and the airport.
- By using the service, passengers agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- The service operates according to a pre-determined schedule (as booked & confirmed), subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or traffic conditions.
2. Booking and Payments
Booking Process
- Reservations can be made online, through the official website or verbally by phone.
- All bookings must be confirmed with accepted payment method at the time of reservation.
- Passengers are required to provide accurate personal and travel details during the booking process.
Payment Terms
- Accepted forms of payment include Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT or Pay ID), credit cards, debit cards, or other approved electronic payment methods, or by cash directly with the transfer driver.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Passengers may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time for a full refund.
- Only the person who made the initial booking may alter or cancel that booking.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
- The service provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to operational issues. In such cases, passengers will be offered a full refund or alternative arrangements.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must arrive at the designated pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled transfer time.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring their belongings are safely secured during the journey. The service provider is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.
- Passengers with special needs or requirements must inform the service provider in advance to ensure appropriate accommodations.
5. Safety and Conduct

- Passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times during the journey.
- Smoking, vaping, drinking, eating, or consuming illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the shuttle vehicles.
Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave appropriately and avoid actions that may disrupt the driver or other passengers.
- The service provider reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who engage in misconduct.
6. Liability and Insurance
- The service provider carries third party liability insurance to cover incidents during transportation.
- The provider is not responsible for delays or missed flights caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as traffic congestion, breakdown, weather issues or flight & airline issues.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- The service provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Passengers will be notified of any changes through the official website or email communication.
